Event Description
Annual Open Enrollment notices are being delivered to TCU boxes beginning today. Enrollment is on-line through Employee Self Service from November 2 through November 20, 2009.
· If you wish to continue with your current health, dental, and visions plans, you do not need to take any action. Your current plans will remain in effect with no premium changes.
· You must complete the on-line enrollment process if you wish to enroll in a Flexible Spending Account for 2010 or if you are making any changes to your health, dental or vision plans.
· Beginning January 1, 2010, Flexible Spending Accounts will be administered by Discovery Benefits. We will no longer have automatic claim submission but we will have FSA debit cards.
· Should you need assistance with the on-line process, Human Resources staff will be available in HR during the dates and times listed below:
Wednesday November 4 - 8am to Noon
Thursday November 5 – 9am to 1pm
Monday November 9 – 1pm to 5pm
Wednesday November 11 – 8am to Noon
Thursday November 12 - 9am to 1pm
Monday November 16 – 1pm to 5pm
Wednesday November 18 – 8am to Noon
Thursday November 19 –9am to 1pm
